Albert (818)284-0317 - This person provided me with a quote for a service, once the service was done, they added additional charges and tried to charge me double the price. This person threatened to show up to the home to "collect the balance" stated he won't "let this slide" I informed him that I would report him to the BBB. I paid what I was quoted for and when I refused to pay the undisclosed charged, he proceeded to threaten me. I asked for business license and Insurance information, and he refused.
