Scam Description: The website https://essentialshoodieco.us/ fraudulently advertises products under the brand Essentials Hoodies. I made a purchase on January 6, 2025, for a Brown Essentials Oversized Hoodie. I was charged $175 through PayPal, and the vendor name on the payment was “Thumbi Enterprise.” I never received the product, and there was no way to contact the seller.

Users have reported ordering products and paying significant amounts, only to receive nothing. For instance, a report from December 6, 2024, details a $360 purchase with no delivery.

Purchased $175 essentials sweatshirt from this website through PayPal on 12 – 14–24.Immediate payment was processed. I never received any shipping or tracking communication regarding my purchase. After approximately 2 to 3 weeks, I attempted to call the number listed on the website which immediately goes to a nonworking phone number. I then submitted inquiry via email contact. I received an extremely unprofessional communication from a personal email of Aaron Jee, which stated don’t worry your package will ship in 3 to 4 days. No shipping or tracking information was provided. I again submitted another inquiry approximately a few days to a week later asking for specific information regarding my package tracking number and shipping. Again, I received unprofessional communication from personal email of Aaron Jee now stating don’t worry, your package will ship in one to two days. As of January 9, 2025 I still have not received the package nor have I ever received any shipping or tracking communication from this supposed business. I have requested a full refund through PayPal and awaiting to hear case results. I believe this website to be a scam.

Ordered two Hoodies for $159.00 each. $10.00 shipping charge. Ordered on 12/10/24. Received an Order number and a shipping date of 12-14 working days. Never received items. On 1/8/25 tried to call and email but phone not working and email is undeliverable. Website is still working but after research multiple people having the same issue.

Phone number on Order Status is non working

Multiple people have not received their order (and have opened fraud inquiries through PayPal/Better Business Bureau and their Banks/Credit Cards)

"Seller" responds with email leading the buyer on...saying their product will be there in 1-3 days and it never comes.

This is a fraudulent company who is scamming people.

On their website they're using essentials hoodie images, info, and accepting payment but never sending emails or products. When attempting to get in touch with them, the email addresses on the website and phone number do not work. I lost $180.

There was no taxes collected. The website looks legit but the contact phone number won’t call out. I ordered on 12/2 and by 12/23 I still have not received my package.

Ordered through their secure website. They promised 10-14 business days. TOTAL Scam!! Lost $175 on a sweatshirt. Their website looks legit. Received an email apologizing and promised I would get my order
