Type of a scam Government Agency Imposter

They sent a very official lookinh document to my company address asking to buy a labor laws poster for $100 and threatening fines if you don't comply. Only in very small text at the bottom is it disclosed that it's an ad and not something official.

This company is posing as a federal organization, listing US laws that require the postage of a labor law sign and attempting to scam new businesses into buying the sign from this company. The website is registered within the UK and the mailing address is to a PO box in florida. They include a disclaimer at the bottom of the page but have formatted this as a clear attempt to coerce new businesses into sending them credit card information through the mail. This phishing scam should be halted immediately.
