I purchased this program to monitor my sons phone and and there were different monthly amount choices to choose between to pay I chose the cheapest to try the program out after checking out and downloaded the program I realized first of the program did not work and secondly they charged me a full year up front when I contacted them to ask for a refund because there website had a 14 day refund guaranteed they informed me the price it told me was a promotional price and they couldn’t give me a refund even though the program didn’t work and they advertised a 14 day guarantee and it hadn’t even been 24 hours yet I just want to make sure no one else pays for something that doesn’t work and gets scammed by this company because they will not give you your money back
