Report

Eric's Crafts advertised on "Word Scapes," and showed digital images of a Christmas ornament that was a 3-d carved wooden shell with an animal on the interior. When the product arrived, it did not resemble the image. Instead, it was a flat cardboard/plastic circle with an image glued on it. Some of them even had the name "Sofia" attached which was not part of my order at all. When contacting the seller to dispute the product, he said to send pictures and that it would take "a really long time" to get any refund. I felt scammed at this point and did not know what else to do.
