I got the location from searching the zip code that was on the return address (it had a presort stamp without postage so there is no other address info). The fact that they used the presort mailing without postage made it seem more legitimate. But it's about an expiring home warranty that I don't have so I searched online and found others who have complained about the same person (Eric Henderson) and the same warranty scam. The letter gives a phone number and implores me to call immediately to make a payment before cancellation but there is no amount stated (and obviously I didn't call). You should have enough to at least have the phone # he's using deactivated. I can think of several older neighbors who would have received this letter and immediately called to make a payment. It is extremely predatory.
