Hello, I placed an online order for 3 dresses thinking this place was based in Nashville about 3 hours from my home. After 5 days I noticed the package had not shipped so I followed the tracking on the website. The order still showed as processed. At this point, I emailed the customer service email provided to cancel the order. I received an email to confirm the cancellation with my order number. I confirmed the cancellation and provided the order number. I received the same email again. I did this about 4 times and didn’t receive a cancellation confirmation. I looked the website address up online and found it was an apartment complex and not an actual store. I researched further and found out there are several people having the same issue as well as having issues getting refunds for returns.

I purchased a dress from here and it did arrive on time. However, when I opened it the dress was not from a Nashville boutique and it was 2x the size it was supposed to be. The measurements were off by 3x the amount. I have been asking for a refund for 3 weeks and they keep saying the same thing that they will offer me a new size of dress if I pay $14.95 for a new one? Even though on their website it states “full refund within 30 days if not satisfied”. I have already disputed it with my bank and I really hope this company gets shut down before their representative named “Harper” responds. They use AI for responses. God always has my back and I know He will shut this business down in the next 2 weeks!

Completely false information on this website. Sizes are no where close to fitting plus size women. They print clothing runs true to size, however do not offer a size chart. All the info says free refunds for 30 days, but once they have your money they then offer only 15% refund. You order thinking product is coming from Nashville, TN, the item I believe is made in China, they want you to pay to return it to the UK and when I look back at the credit card receipt, it was billed from New York. This company needs to be shut down. I have multiple emails with them, Very frustrating.

The company is engaged in deceptive advertising. I purchased two products. The apparel is too small and the size tags were cut off. They refuse to give a refund despite the website claiming they offer refunds.

I thought I looked into this company enough before purchasing but I didn't dig deep enough. Company is not in Nashville, they have a similar look like Shein. After getting an email today about how my package has been delayed I did more research and saw that people get their items, it's not what they ordered, the business offers a 15% discount if they keep it and if they don't want to they're given an address in the UK to ship it back to - why would that be necessary if it was in Nashville? AVOID. I filed a dispute with my bank.
