I received an email several months ago from this scammer saying I have the same last name as his client who passed away in an accident in London. With no family to speak of, I would inherit 4.4 million dollars. I did not respond and a few days ago I received another email requesting my response.

This scammer tried to get me to fall for the same story he has told everyone else only changing the last name to his potential victims last name I have read other reports where people got as far as being asked for their bank information I did not respond to the email story I almost replied to just say that my husband is not related to anyone by that Brian and our last name but tried to see his fake website thats been shut down So then I googled the so called lawyers fake name and easily found this site I would like more information by people who he actually got something from them and hear how he convinced them to give him whatever it was that he asked Could make a movie about this con artist But fame would be too good of a thing for the piece of [censored] [censored] of the earth who is taking advantage of so many people I want to know more as I find it very interesting his way of fooling people Do not be ashamed if he got you Scams happen to lots of people I encourage victims to tell us all more about how this scam got you and what happened since you finally discovered that it was not true How much money did he take from you and were you able to get your money back or not Why not How did you get it back I am sure theres others too embarrassed to share their misfortune But so many of us I know would like to know more about this and I would love to hear of the people who helped catch this evil criminal and I want to see a photo of this loser behind bars Karma will catch up to him soon enough and he will reap ten times worse that what he did So he or she is going to suffer a lot I want to hear that they are now in prison with horrible illnesses that cause bugs to grow inside them and crawl out of his or her skin all over their body and theres no cure and no way to treat it

I received a email stating that I inherited 4.4 million dollars from a Brian Thomas that passed away from a fatal accident in London at first I believe it than I realized it was a scam by the way they text in emails the spelling was wrong and the phone numbers don't work.

He sent an email saying Brian Sorbie passed away leaving 4.4 million dollars and that he wanted me to make a claim on it and say I was the relative of Brian Sorbie and when I received the money we we would split the money.

I have contacted you to solicit your honest assistance in clearing and being the custodian of the deposited fund valued at $4.4 Million (Four Million, four hundred Thousand US Dollars) left behind by late Mr. Brian, before it gets confiscated or declared unserviceable by the HSBC Bank PLC in London where this money was deposited by late Brian.

The said Bank has issued me a notice to provide a close relative or a Next of kin or have late Brian's Bank Account confiscated within the next twenty-one working days and forfeit the money as abandoned funds. Since I have been unsuccessful in locating any of his relatives on this note I decided to search for a credible person and finding that you bear a similar last name and I was urged to contact you, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased since you have the same last name, so that the proceeds of Brian's Bank Account can be paid to you. Therefore, on receipt of your positive response, we shall then discuss the sharing ratio and modalities for transfer. I have all the necessary information and legal documents to back you up for this claim. All I require from you is your honest co-operation to enable us see this transaction through. I guarantee that this will be executed under legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law.

Note that there is a legal reason for the confidentiality of this transaction because of the nature of the transaction and the circumstances surrounding it.
