Ordered Taylor Swift merch from erastourshops.com and got scammed

I did an internet search for Taylor Swift merchandise and one of the top search results was for the website erastourshops.com, for which I am filing a complaint. The site looked like a legitimate business, purporting as Taylor Swift's official website to buy her merchandise. I purchased her tour clothing for Christm[censored]iday thinking that it would ship in a couple days. I lost $102.00 on this order. I followed up with the company's service email address at [email protected] and the email bounced back. I searched on the website for a phone number or other means of communication but did not find one.
