I recently received a package from EQUII containing bread, which I did not order and am not subscribed to. I’m concerned about how my information was obtained and if this is part of a brushing scam. I have not noticed any charges on my credit card or bank account so far. However, I have made several attempts to contact EQUII via phone, email, and chat to clarify the situation, but I have not received a response.

I also tried returning the package through UPS, but they informed me it would cost $40 to send it back. I am seeking confirmation from EQUII that I am not a customer or part of their subscription service. Until I receive clarity, I remain unsure about this situation and would appreciate assistance in resolving it.
