Tried to use website to obtain info on a motor vehicle. Charge was $ 1, but then began to receive charges on credit card for $ 49, then $ 100. Credit card company told me I was enrolled in recurring charges from this company. Must have been small print on website, if there was any notice at all. Called company directly and was informed they could not help me over the phone, needed to go to there website and request refunds using their forms. Went to forms mentioned and found complicated procedure apparently meant to minimize refunds. Called credit card company and filed formal dispute.
