I purchased an Epicooler device (A/C-heater unit) after reading (fake?) reviews. I wished I had researched further because the product I FINALLY received (after 6-8 weeks) is complete junk. It’s nothing more than a fan, doesn’t cool the room AT ALL. I have a long trail of emails with their iffy “customer service” requesting a refund (after a month of waiting with zero tracking information), only to be ignored or told the package is on the way…

While I would like a full refund I realize the likelihood of that is scant. I DO want to warn others to avoid the Epicooler company at all costs! The product is absolute TRASH, so not waste your hard-earned money!!

Ordered from this company on 6/14/26 was told 7 to 12 days after 14 days contacted by email, they said I would receive the order, never got the order, and could not reach them after that, called the phone number they supplied never got an answer just recordings.

I request to cancel my order the same day of purchase and received a voice message which ended in the company hung up/disconnected my call. I also emailed the company several times trying to resolve the issue to have the order cancel and did not receive a response until several days later stating that they can not cancel my order. They are functioning a deceptive business practice.
