I purchased an EpiCooler cooling/heating unit because the advertisement showed it could cool a large area like an air conditioner without the energy cost. I also purchased two neck cooling units. None of the products were delivered, and when I reached out to customer support, I received the large cooling unit that same day. I never received the neck cooling units. When I tried to use the product, it was just a rectangular fan. No cooling. I reached out repeatedly for a refund. They offered a 25% refund with no need to return. I said no. Now they want a photo that proves the unit doesn't work as advertised. They won't move forward with my request without photo proof of the unit not cooling.

I ordered the epicooler from an ad on truth social. after the order, they tried to charge me without my knowledge or consent an additional $19.98 which i argued and was refunded. in this process i tried to cancel order because of their deception which they refused to do. once i received the order, it did not, does not work which i explained to them. they first offered a 25% refund because i opened the product, 1 of 2 . i argued, eventually they said they would refund my purchase price. that was June 16, 2026. original order was May 29, 2026. to this day i still have not received refund. they lied. i have all corresponding emails and receipts and proof of purchase. they lied, deceived, and stole.

Yes i ordered one of these A/C Units and was sent 2 of them i called right after my process went through and was lucky enough to get through in less than 10 minutes and explained to the girl i ordered one and got two and she said she would take care of it and that never happened after 6 weeks of waiting for them to come in. I plugged them both in and literally the temp probably dropped 4 degrees if that and i gotten hold of their Customer Service again and they reached out to me 2 days later and said they would give me 60% off of the order and i said Thank you for the offer but i have no use for them and they don't even work properly. I never gotten a response or an answer from their Customer Service dept or anything it's like they have caller ID or something and you just sit on hold for about 20 minutes and the phone gets disconnected. I learned i will buy nothing again unless its from Amazon. To make things worse now I'm out of work. This life is very sad nowadays and the direction everything is going

There was a reel on Facebook for these epiCooler, supposed to be a air unit and heating unit the air don't work. it is a fan and heating unit. It is false advertising. Because the machine is not a air unit, it is a fan with heating unit in it epi cooler.

Does not work do not buy

Epicooler advertises a small wall mounted heating/cooling device. First time I placed the order never received the product, even after they said it had shipped. They ended up giving me a credit and asked me to resubmit my order, which I did. A week later I asked for a copy of my invoice and projected ship date. I was told 5 days to ship and they would immediately send me a copy of the invoice. A week later I had received or heard nothing, but a product from another manufacturer showed up, which I tested and it failed miserably. I have disputed the charges and asked for a full refund, but I have to send this unordered product back to whomever sent it to me.

Ordered and paid for a portable air conditioner. Shipping was slotted for 7-12 business days. It has since been 20 days since the order, no tracking information has been updated, still says waiting on carrier. I have contacted their customer support who told me that it has been already shipped. However, tracking information has not changed. I contacted support again to cancel the order. They told me that it had been shipped out. 20 days later, it still says the item is waiting for carrier and no refund.

They were selling air conditioners at $69 then they charged me 241. That was on 6/13/2026. I finally made contact today 6/24/226. Waited on the phone total 17 min. They offered a refund. They said order was lost in transit. Refund should be received in 3 to 5 days they say. This company kept sending emails trying to charge me more money by saying they gave me credits and discounts. They were looking for more ways to get more money.

I ordered 4 air conditioner units. When I received them they were too small for what I needed. I called the company about returning them. I sent them back which cost me another $142.47. They sent me an email stating that they credited my "account" for $387.10 which in their website return policy it is stated as a return will go back to the customer's form of payment. I have tried countless times to call them, email them and chat. No response. All I want is my refund to go back to my credit card. I emailed them again and said I was going to file a complaint with this site and received to response.

I ordered 2 units from EpiCooler at $60 each. They billed for products and extended Warranty. I did not order the warranty.

I read reviews of this product and came across one stating that there are scammers that will send items that do not work and to make sure you are ordering from the official website for EpiCooler.com I looked up the website and made my order for one unit. Paid for it thru ****** and received confirmation from an Epicooler's agent. Received follow-ups by different agents of that company.

As for this minute I am waiting for their response of which country I have to return and why I have to pay shipping fees of a defective product.
