DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They have false advertise that they are a US company. Materia of dress was paper thin (literally see through) when I wanted to return they started haggling. I paid $75 for the dress and wanted to credit me $20. I told them I wanted to return to provide address and they finally gave me a Dubai address. Seems they go by different names as well.

My purchase from Enqez was a sweater that looked nothing like the ad. Ad claimed it was made in USA and fully refundable within 30 days. When I attempted to return the item it took numerous email exchanges with their lame bartering attempts. We'll give you $6, then $10, then $20 to just keep the item since it's too expensive to ship back to DUBAI. Yes, Dubai! So much for being made in USA! Finally, they provided an address in Dubai to send back my item. But stated they need a tracking number and will refund once it's received. Why do I have a bad feeling about this? Stay away from this company which also operated under mutliple names such as Enwes, Kyyji, ULCIY, Maladia, Retaica, Asjua and more! Many other complaints under this scammy company and related address.

Quality of Clothes advertised and purchased are not the clothes I received

Placed order for 3 dresses January 15, 2022 (see attached photo). I was charged immediately $109.22 for the dresses. I began emailing the company as to where the dresses were on Feb. 3, 2022. After emailing them several times, I finally received the dresses the first week of March. I opened the package and the quality of clothes is not anything close to the pictures that were on their website (see photos below). Also, I have enclosed a photo of the package that I received which shows this JOE DOE 230-39 Rockaway Blvd. BLDG B, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 address which they have not even mentioned in any of their corresponding emails. I sent an email March 6, 2022 and was trying to get a shipping label and the customer service documentation specified on the RETURN POLICY page on their website. (Photo below). They started telling me they would give me US$15 and I could keep the items as the shipping cost was very expensive to return. These types of emails have continued for this month. I have reached out to the via email multiple times and they have constantly tried to barter with me going from $15, $22, $35, $55, $65, and the last one being $68. (Note: I have all the emails) I have told consistently told them I want the full refund of $109.22. They told me they would only refund me if I mail the items back via USPS to the following address: No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE +852 81990571 and told me not to forget to get a tracking number and email them the tracking number. Once they receive the items, then they will refund my money. I am very hesitant to do this as they have not followed their return policy at all!
