I sent $175 for the product that never came. When I contacted the company (EntheoStore.com) they initially did not know the shipper. Then I received a notice to followup on WhatsApp. XPO Logistics (the so-called shipper) claims I owe $135 for a refundable insurance stamp that is required before the package is delivered. Once delivered they promised to refund the $135.

The EntheoStore claims this is legit and why don't I just pay the stamp fee. There was nothing in the order about requiring a shipping stamp insurance fee. The internet searches say this is a scam and the money will not be refunded. So I didn't send the $135 for insurance. However, I am out $175 for the initial order.

It's a website to sell various gummies and softgels. The brand is a real brand sold through reputable sources. The prices on this website were much lower then the other sources I'd seen. That should have been the first clue, but I figured it was a middle man increase. The website looks legit, but a little odd if you look at the about and contact sections. Advertises products they don't have, includes stock photos of random unnamed people.

A minimum purchase of $150 is required. A $30 flat rate shipping fee. They give you an order number and then text you asking if Zelle or Venmo is better. I said Venmo, they then said they couldn't do venmo (the grammar didn't make sense). I then said Zelle. They sent me the name of someone with a phone number, then they edited that text and changed it to a different account. I hopped on the website to the chatbot and the chatbot said "yep, that's our customer service line."

At this point I did a little searching online and everything I found said it's a scam.

I ordered a product from this website, some supplement pills. The seller texted me and requested payment via paypal and instructed me to mark the money transfer as "friends/family", and then asked me to send a picture of proof that I had sent the money, which I did. I sent them a photo of my Paypal transfer including the transaction ID, via text. My purchase was over $100 so the website said that meant that I would get free shipping. They confirmed receipt of the payment, and then never followed up with me. After a month of waiting for my package which never showed up, I texted them back and asked for an update. They then claimed they couldn't locate the tracking number, but then said they would ship me a new package. However that package never showed up either. I received a scammy looking email from a shipping company called XPO Logistics using the email address of [email protected] saying they needed me to email them a confirmation of my delivery address, so I confirmed my address. Then they disappeared and no package was delivered. When I contacted XPO again today, they told me that I need to buy $135 of "special stamps" that are needed for "discreet package deliveries". I checked on the better business bureau website which clearly lists this stamps thing as a known scam. So I then asked Entheo / Jose several times to issue me a refund, and they refused. They need to be shut down immediately. Paypal refuses to help because I clicked the "friends/family" box.
