Saw on ad on social media for scrubs saying clearance sale for Med Couture which is a known brand. The website looked just like the real site. Added items and checked out. Did not realize until later that I was charged by something other than med couture. The e-mail receipt came from enterible. They sent a tracking site and number. Over a month and instead of scrubs- a cheap ring was delivered. Once I e-mailed them, they promised to re-send. Another tracking number from a different site. They said it was delivered- it was not. I have no issues with deliveries. They said they would send me back 70% of my money since they sent it out twice. I will not be holding my breath.

Seeing ads on Instagram and Facebook about medical scrubs. When I opened the website, it showed a catalog of scrubs with the Med Couture brand at a discounted price. The website looked trustworthy, so after selecting my products and making the payment, a purchase receipt appeared with a tracking number for the package.

I received an email, but instead of confirming the payment, it only said that I had items in my cart. I kept track of the supposed shipment, which was coming from China. On February 20th, the tracking status showed “delivered,” but I never received anything.

On February 28th, I emailed clarify the situation, but it wouldn’t even go through—it said the email address was incorrect. Today, I can’t even access the scrub website anymore. It’s a complete scam.
