Went online to buy a bio ethanol insert fireplace. the company Regal Flame came up. I paid for it online with my debit card. Days went by so I attempted to call them multiple times, always a voicemail. Sent me 1 message that I still have the items in my cart. Did I still want to order. So confused! I did place the order already. Sent message that I wouldn't pay for it again if I reorder. Never heard back from anyone in anyway.
