Hired Ennis Aborcare (Michael Ennis) to put in a chain-link fence on my business property. He advised of price for materials in advance. The amount was $1100.00. The material he used appeared to be used and also was inferior quality. I rejected his materials and he agreed to return the materials to his undisclosed supplier and receive a refund. I myself, ordered the specified 9-guage fencing material from our local business, Homestead Building Supplies here in Mobridge, SD. Michael agreed to pay Homestead for material ordered, because he had received a check from me and had already cashed it. I received a call from said lumber company that check received from Michael was returned for non-sufficcient funds. Mark at Homestead Building Supplies indicated the billing is in the name of Hammer's Honda so I am still responsible for supplies. I have attempted to contact Michael by phone . He will not answer calls. Because Michael had attempted to build fence and had make trips down from Wishek, N D we agreed on an amount of $420.00 for time and labor which I paid him.
