When I reached out to their support team, they were able to locate my card numbers in their system. However, the names associated with the card were not mine—there were approximately nine different names linked to the transactions. Because I didn’t have an account with them, the company claimed they couldn’t assist me further. At that point, I contacted my bank to report the fraudulent activity and immediately canceled my business banking card to prevent further charges. The total of the charges added up to $638.97.
