I discovered recurring charges on my account ranging from $31.56 to $41.26, starting in January 2024. It wasn’t until April 2025 that I noticed these transactions, prompting me to investigate. Suspecting they might be linked to an Enneagram test company, I began searching for potential sources. The process was time-consuming, as I had no invoices, account confirmations, or even emails tied to these charges. By cross-referencing the transaction location with possible membership fees on my account, I eventually identified the company.

When I reached out to their support team, they were able to locate my card numbers in their system. However, the names associated with the card were not mine—there were approximately nine different names linked to the transactions. Because I didn’t have an account with them, the company claimed they couldn’t assist me further. At that point, I contacted my bank to report the fraudulent activity and immediately canceled my business banking card to prevent further charges. The total of the charges added up to $638.97.
