BUYER BEWARE. This online purchase was a complete and fraudulent scam! First of all, the shoes I ordered from Enjerr were NOT the right size -- NOT EVEN CLOSE! — and were very, VERY poorly made. There was loose stitching and multiple large areas of unusual discoloration on both shoes (likely glue). Their ad indicated I was ordering from Great Britain (the UK), but the shoes were actually shipped from China. Their elaborate internet ad also indicated a perfect ScamPulse.com score. It also boasted a full, 100% refund policy if the customer was in any way dissatisfied. The return/refund process, however, proved to be a manipulative and tedious joke completely stacked against the buyer. Pictures of the shoes and the original packaging -- plus SKU and tracking # -- were required to even initiate their return process; and Enjerr WAS NOT RESPONSIVE IN A TIMELY MANNER even after this required information -- information which they, of course, already had -- was successfully submitted. The customer must then pay ALL return shipping charges PLUS pay a "restocking fee" if, after receiving the return, it is approved. This is a fraudulent scam. EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER REVIEW on the reputable site *** is a "one", the lowest possible rating -- and there are many, many such ratings, I will never hear from them again. My almost $70 purchase is A TOTAL LOSS. When I reported this transaction to the *** fraud department, it was instantly determined to be a fraudulent scam, and my card was immediately deactivated. They are shrewd and shameless fraudsters.
