Eneba Took My Money, Delivered Invalid Code, and Ignored My Refund Requests

I purchased a product key from Eneba and paid using my card. After receiving the key, I found it to be invalid or already used. I contacted their support team immediately and provided screenshots and proof, but they ignored my messages or sent automatic replies only.

Despite showing evidence and requesting either a replacement or refund, I received no help. It’s frustrating that they allow sellers to provide invalid keys and take no action when issues are reported. I warn others to stay away from Eneba until they improve their dispute resolution and buyer protection system.
