Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service
States my account is active and starts today 2/19/2025.
When I called customer service (from my work phone) they asked for my home address, then asked what credit card number I used to setup the account.
I did not tell them my address, nor did I give them any credit card information, or my email address. Instead, I asked them to tell me what the last 4 digits were of the credit card used to set up the account because I "didn't remember which card I used." They gave me 4 digits that do not match any cards I have. I believe I hoped I was stupid enough to give them personal information. I called back later and before I even gave my name, they immediately asked if I had already called, why I was calling...and what made me call (?!)
It was very strange and totally out of character for a business to answer a phone like that. Something is up.
