Found it on the website stated that they purchase gift cards so I filled out the information they kept me on hold for almost 2 hours but stating that they can take care of it in 30 minutes then email me back saying it's taking longer than it was supposed to to and then $1000 was taken off my card and they went radio silent. Still trying to get my money back

Found it on the website stated that they purchase gift cards so I filled out the information they kept me on hold for almost 2 hours but stating that they can take care of it in 30 minutes then email me back saying it's taking longer than it was supposed to two cards Cleared. He was waiting on the third one then after that no communication try to call the number on their so-called website and just rang and rang then would hang up immediately. Try to email them no response. Then I called Nordstrom's and they said that they had purchased product off their website. All $1300 worth a product.
