Sunrise Carribean restaurant advertises as “easy employment” only requiring your name to get started. No identification is needed. They offer same day UNPAID training for two days, then you’re able to start the job. The manager Shany who is your only point of contact acts super nice with you until it’s pay day. They give you a cheque but when you go to cash it, it bounces. They report to their bank that the cheque has been stolen, or they did not issue this cheque, or there is insufficient funds in their account to pay you. When you attempt to get your money from them, they stop responding to your messages or stop answering your calls.
