I checked into a Mystery Shopping job I was interested in. I never heard anything, but then suddenly I received a check for $2,460.00 and a letter telling me to deposit the check and instructions to purchase Target gift cards worth $2000.00. I was instructed to scrape off the code and take pictures and send them to them.

I did NOT do any of this as I recognized it as a previous scam that I heard about. I have the letter and check if you want to see it.
