TikTok add for a beautiful long dress, I purchased for an event I am attending. The dress arrived looking nothing as advertised. I sent an email immediately, and subsequently 5 more emails requesting refund and resolve to return the item. Seller requested a photo showing my complaint. I obliged and sent 2 photos; one front and one back. No response from them since. I've continued daily to reach out and told them I am reporting to the BBB, still no response. I do not know what more I can do to obtain a refund and return this item with no communications from them.
