The post on this site is bogus. The above never happened . I do not accept post dated checks for one. And 2 no one ever called me regarding this in any shape or form... I am not hard to contact . -Emmanuel Zarin

On 3/24/15 I bought $2,000 worth of assorted meat from 5 Star Quality Meats. The Salesperson Emmanuel Zarin (Manny). I was offered a New chest Freezer if I purchased a special deal offered to me on 3/24/15. Mr. Zarin had an old used freezer on his pick up at this time and let me borrow it until his return trip up in the Watertown, N.Y. area. He would then bring me a new freezer at that time. Mr. Zarin never returned to this area again. I have tried to call him several times without a return call from him. I wanted to reorder some meats at one point and ask him about the freezer. The cord on the freezer he let me borrow had been sliced and bare wires had to be covered with electric tape. I gave Mr. Zarin three checks, dated 3/25/15 for the amount $800, a check dated 4-3-15 in the amount $800 and a check for $400 for a total of $2000. I have not heard from anyone that has been associated with 5 Star Meats since the date of purchase.
I would like a refund of my money, as the freezer in question has not worked since june 2015. I tried to call Mr. Zarin at that time as the meat in the freezer spoiled. I called the main Office 1-888-9711. left a message as to the problem, I never got a call back. I still have the freezer and I would appreciate a fair settlement to this problem. I have moved since Mr. Zarin sold me the product and told me at that time I was covered by Insurance if anything happened to the product because of the freezer not working. I have the original sales slip, copies of all three checks. Mr. Zarin has an address of Yorkville, Utica N.Y. on the sales slip.
