This was the runaround tactic after sending photos and fulfilling all return requirements:

I'm **** from Team Emma & Noah and I'm happy to help you. How sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We can offer you a refund of 15% of the order value.

We made this decision because our store is closing soon and returns are also an extra burden on the environment.

Please let me know if you agree to this and I will make sure it is taken care of immediately.
