Crystal is a girl name dude. Stupid ignorant unconditioned peasant. The Crystal man talks so fast and is trying to trick you into it being important, yet it is of no importance what so ever!
Not to mention what is EMI anyway? "Every Man Ignorance"? Follow my lead and you will find treasure at the end? Sure thing. I will get that information directly to you sir! Ma'am! NOT!

Dear Crystal! I will not give you my bra size much less my home address and definitely not a signature!
Crystal should get a real job!

Just got a VM with the same information everyone else is posting about Krista from EMI about time sensitive documents that need a signature. SO GLAD I LOOKED up number as well. Awful ppl

It is sad people scamming people. I work hard to keep my credit score and money right. People need to get a life and a job and stop scamming people. They need a lawsuit against them and need to have to pay for the wrong doing. Maybe it will stop or slow down all the craziness.

They called me using phone number 331-233-0877.

“Hello this is Crystal calling from _____ __ had to fill the ________ to get a signature on these documents today we are doing a courtesy car now to help you update address the matter is _____ time sensitive so please contact the issue __ __ ___ office at your earliest convenience their phone number is 469-445-7058 once again that number is 469-445-7058…”

So glad I looked the phone number up 469-445-7058. Can’t believe people would do this on the holidays. Don’t call back, check your credit report on credit karma and confirm everything is how it should be. You can get a free annual report once a year from the credit bureaus just gotta do some leg work.
But all in all, don’t fall pray to these scams. Merry Christmas and have a happy new year!

I got the famous EMI Melissa Message also. And they called me from another number also today . And also phone didn’t even ring it went straight to voicemail. We have a gated house and we have cameras and there was no one outside. I know this is a SCAM CALLER. I feel like calling back and finding out what they want but I’ll do that when I have time and I’m bored.

Not worth your time! They are ruthless and mean. Wind up having you want to rip their throats out thru the phone.

So I got the same call from this Melissa with EMI. Same situation where the phone rang once and then nothing. Vm dropped within seconds... definitely not enough time for a live person to leave a message (recording says 20 seconds). I'm not going to call them back because it's most definitely a scam and my blood pressure doesn't need that nonsense, but I do want to say something about what others have said about them knowing their ss#. If it's just the last 4 or 2, that's info VERY easily obtained and nothing to be alarmed about. Can't steal your identity without the full 10.

They coming out to my home

Got the same call from “Melissa” with a spoof’s area code from a state I haven’t lived in or been affiliated within in almost 20 years. 100% scam and the message they left is a pre-recording, not a real person calling

I received a voicemail from Melissa. It was from a local number but they wanted me to call the 469 number. I found this info before I called, they had my name and social security number, I told them this was a scam and they said they were a legal department for black rock finance, I told them I’ve never heard of it and I don’t have anything, he proceeded to threaten me. I told him I knew this was a scam, I also told him I was going to report this to homeland security or the FTC because it is a scam. I also had received a letter in the mail about a security breach in my information, that happened in JUNE, mind you I was receiving credit cards and debit cards I didn’t apply for, didn’t think anything of it, until now. I called one of the companies and they said I am a victim of identity theft and someone has my person information and is applying for bank accounts, credit, possibly more in my name. I believe this company that called bought my information to try to extort money. I called the police and filed a report and gave them the voicemail and phone number. They said this is definitely a scam, it is concerning thy have my ssn. I put a fraud alert and freeze on my credit, unfortunately I do not know what other bank accounts were opened in my name because they are not on credit reports unless they’re delinquent. Avoid this! Lock your credit too!

Just received the exact same call a few minutes ago from a Melissa with exact dialogue. I check my credit often as I've had identity theft before...thx for posting here. I didn't know what EMI was and just happened by chance to come across all of your comments. Be safe out there!

I just received the same call as all the previous posters from “Melissa” w/the exact message. The call came from a 832-307-1533 from Mont Belvieu, TX. Please beware, I also received the text a few days ago about needing to update my address on file, so a package could be delivered although I’ve never had an issue w/package deliveries. Never click on any links, or give out your personal info to these [censored] people. My co-worker whose already fallen victim to these type of scams before, came close to falling for the USPS scam again recently.

I received a call today saying "Hello, this is Melissa calling from emi and I've had a delivery agent there to the porperty address on file. He was unsuccessful again getting someone to sign the documents today . Please contact issuing agents office at 469-445-7058. I didn't call back because I don't owe anyone money and I'm not expecting anyone for documents. I immediately googled the number and found this webpage. If people put as much effort into a job as they do trying to scam people, they could be very successful.

Good day to you. I just received the same scam phone call with the exact "Melissa" talking extremely fast. Called back and told them I was from Homeland Security and they cursed and immediately hung up. Definite Scam. I know it can be nerve wrecking. Praying for everyone experiencing this and Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Continue to Be Vigilant.

Received a phone call from a lady named Melissa on my mother‘s cell phone message. I called the number back they told me that I owed money on a payday loan from 2015. I’ve never taken a payday loan. The scary part is they had my Social Security number and information that they shouldn’t have. They said I took the loan out in 2015 and I lived in an address that I haven’t lived out since 2008. I did put a fraud alert on my credit. The phone number they called me from was area code 469-445-7058. They could not give me the number of the company that was suing me only the name and they told me to do my own research. Has this happened to anybody else with they’ve had so much information about you.

+10

Hold on... are you saying that they gave you your full ss#? Not just the last 4? They already knew the entire #?

This literally just happened to me. They called and said I was being served a summons to appear in court. They had ALL my information which is very scary! The guy was super rude and now my nerves are really bad. I have a heart condition and don’t need the stress! I absolutely hate that people scam! I literally want to cry

Left a message from lady talking very fast, she said “Hello this is Melissa calling from I've had a delivery agent out there to the property address on file he was unsuccessful again and getting someone to sign the documents today please contact issuing agents office at 469-445-7058 once again the number is 469-445-7058…” I have no idea who or what this is regarding, but like everyone on here it has to be a scam. Ridiculous what people will do to try and scam you, be aware and careful. They need to get a life!

I got the same call today 12/5 and she left a voicemail same name same exact words. I have no idea what she’s talking about. Which by the way no one came to my house . The number 856-245-0702 came up on my phone as a spam and then she left the 469 number

I got a message from 920-325-1533, claiming that Melissa from EMI was letting me know that a second failed attempt was made at the address on file to get a signature from someone and I should call 469-445-7058. My roommate was home all day and we've been here for 4 years, so I looked up the number and it brought me here. Now that I know it's a scam, I may call and have some fun.

I received a voice mail yesterday but already knew it was bogus because my phone sends perceived scam numbers straight to voice-mail without ringing. Upon checking the voice-mail it is the same one that so many got from "Melissa with EMI" talking about "documents that need to be signed. The return call number she gave was 469-445-7058. I always Google numbers I don't know which is how I ended up on this site.

I received a voicemail at 9:30 am. My phone never rang, so it was very strange. The message left was a woman talking very quickly, I had to listen twice to get it all. The message said "Hello this is Melissa calling from EMI. I've had a delivery agent out there to the property address on file, he was unsuccessful again in getting someone to sign the documents today. Please contact the issuing agents office at 469-445-7058." We live out in the middle of nowhere TX and to get to our house you have to go through a gate, which is under camera surveillance. Checked the cameras, no one came to our property today. Upon googling the company, here I am! I am in consensus with the rest of you - this is definitely a scam!

+11

Fast taking Melissa, couldn’t even make out the name of the company anyway but I have cameras at my house so I knew something was up right away. Then.. just in case… I googled the number left on my VM! Most people have cameras now and EVERYONE has Google! Really… how stupid can a person possibly get!

+8

I saw this voicemail that I have and this is the message I read as I have voicemail to text. All I did was Google the number and found this site. It was very helpful and refreshing take here but others are going through the same thing and it's 100% a scam.
