I’ve tried many times to talk to a person regarding my primary doctor and stay on hold for 5 to 10 mins then a recording tells me to leave a message and phone number for a return call. No one has yet to call.
My primary can not fine this insurance any where. I should have known it was a scam when they charged me a huge administration fee. I need help getting my money back.

I thought I was purchasing insurance however when I called they won't send me my insurance card and they will not tell me who corporate is. Will not give me the number to corporate. They sold me a fraudulent insurance plan. I was wondering why they would not send me my insurance package. Would not send me a insurance card.

Can I call my bank and get a stop payment on the monthly bank withdrawals
