I ordered an XL shirt to be embroidered with photos of my husband and our kids within the letters of DADDY across the chest.

When I received it, it is tan not pink, the photos are out of order, and the biggest issue is that we measured it and according to their website this is actually a small.

It is now May 11. I've been arguing back and forth with them since May 6 about them sending me a free replacement per their policy on their website for if they mess up the order. They keep refusing and offering a $7-10 refund on my $50 order instead, or trying to force me to pay a $20 shipping fee on a free replacement which is not per their policy and the original shipping fee I paid was less than $8.
