I purchased two jumpsuits and then discovered by searching the company online that they had been flagged as a scam. I immediately canceled my order and was told they would issue a full refund. I never received the refund, only emails sayin they had to check to see if the shipment could be placed on hold. I received a notification that it had shipped after I canceled the order, but still never received the refund or the items I ordered. An AI chatbot responds to the emails I have sent and the customer service is an absolute nightmare. I found the same items I purchased at Emblem on Amazon for a fraction of the price. False advertising to the max.

Purchased a dress and when received, quality & fabric are cheap and looks nothing like what was pictured. Asked to return it, fine I'll do it on my dime but provided a UK shipping address. Their website states a SF office which I'm 20 minutes down the road & product was shipped from So. Cal. Shipping to the UK would cost me from $40-$90.

I ordered a dress from Emblem on 7/24/26. The dress arrived on 8/6/26 to my home address. When I tried on the dress it did not fit me and on 8/7/26 I sent an email to the support contact as noted requesting instructions to return the dress and when my refund would be processed. I received an email back from the company on 8/7/26. They requested that I send an explanation along with pictures of the dress so they could find a "resolution". The website clearly states they will accept returns within 30 days. I contacted them promptly explaining the situation and requested information to process my return and refund. As of 8/12/26, I still have not received that information.

Goods not as described on the website or as in the pictures. Merchant refuses to provide refund according to their policy. When a return is initiated, they request it be shipped internationally (UK) incurring international shipping charges and customs fees on the buyer. All questions/contacts to their customer support is answered by an automatic reply or AI bot which makes communication nearly impossible. Emails have been ongoing for 2 weeks now and it appears the constant back and forth with partial refund offers is just a stall tactic and way to run out their advertised 30 day return window. I am no closer to a resolution.

This is a company fronting as a U.S. based retail store, but in actuality is located either in the UK or I’m assuming China. They falsely advertise a San Francisco store, with good quality items, but when you attempt to return the (horrible, cheap quality) clothing they put you through the ringer, offering tiered discounts to not return the item. When you FINALLY get them to send you the return form, the return is to be sent to the UK, incurring expensive shipping costs. THEN, after all is said and done, they DECLINE to refund you as their back and forth has caused you to miss the “30 day return window.” This is a scam that must be taken down!!! Please America, help your consumers.

Website lists San Francisco as company and warehouse site. I ordered 2 dresses and they ended up coming from China. When they finally arrived, they did not look like the pictures advertised nor were they good quality. I contacted them via email and they asked me to send pictures of what I received. I sent that and they sent me discount offers instead of returning since it was at my expense. I declined all their offers (I won’t be buying from them again) and continually asked for a refund and return instructions. They just kept sending emails with discount offers. Then this last email still included a small discount but the return address is in London and they said that if the items aren’t received in 30 days from delivery then they can automatically decline the refund! It’s taken weeks to finally get the return instructions. No company with any integrity should operate like this. Total scam!
