I ordered pollinator cups for my landscaping from an ad that was listed on an ad that was on Instagram. It described the pollinator cups were made by a pottery artist in Connecticut. I ordered them thinking they are coming from Connecticut. I received an email and shipping information that said they are being sent from China. I received them but they were not anything like what was shown in the ad. I tried to find my order and email and it was no longer accessible. This was 08/18/25/2026, when ordered and then another charge for $29.95 was pending on my credit card as of 9/11/2026. Then on 10/18/2026 they charged my card again one for $14.98 & $14.97. I contacted EM-Evelmont through email and told them I did not sign up for no membership and I wanted a refund for the $29.95. Have not received the refund for the $29.95,
