I saw an ad on TikTok for discounted Demonia merchandise, I clicked on the site, chose several items to purchase and paid for them. This was around the end of November 2025. Since the beginning of December 2025, I have made severl complaints about not receiving my package. They have told me several different ways to solve my issue, the last being to resend my entire order. However, although i have requested a complete refund numerous times, they havent given it to me. Instead thay continue to attempt to resolve my issue in other ways.
