I did a search for laser hair removal and found a 'review' site that recommended the product. I then searched for the product site and ordered one product, but after reviewing and checking the order, it had a pop up that added another of the same product. I contacted the company and they refunded me for the second product. I placed the order on August 2nd. I received a shipping notice which is from a Chinese shipper (China Post's Universal Postal Union (UPU) international tracking number) and the tracking stopped August 6th. I contacted the same person as before and they said sometimes the shipping can take a few days. I have since searched this company and it appears it is a scam company. I am following up with the credit card company to see if I can get my money back.
