As previously reported customers, paralleled the poor quality of the product AND the same information regarding returns to China would result in high shipping costs, that the buyer would have to absorb. Product had stains on the front and the quality of the product is cheap, seams of pockets are outside of the liner so it looks cheap, and the zipper grabs on the way up, which means the teeth are not catching). At this time, I've sent 3 emails requesting a return (per their website, states that we have to contact them for a return authorization within 30 days) and it's already been a week of my requesting that. The images on the website look fake too, looks AI generated.
