I went on the website to order swimwear, she had an ad on IG. I ordered 3 items on May 21 for $115 and I keep reaching out but there is no response other than its way. Now no responses from them.

Ordered 2 items on May 15, 2026. Money was removed from my account. Sent email starting on June 5th asking for an update on order. Was told it had shipped but couldn't provide shipping details. Sent several additional emails and heard back stating still in process. On July 14th they responded stating that the first order was lost in transit and that a new order was shipped. Additional emails requesting the shipping information and they say that their system is down and will send ASAP. It's August 2nd and no information or products.

I purchased an item from their website, but when I received it, it was poorly made and cheap material. The return policy states to return the item within 30 days to receive refund, but it didn’t state where. After waiting for a response back, I had to complete a long form along with pictures of the item to see if it meets their return standards. They finally emailed back stating I would have to pay to ship it back and I would receive a refund once they received it. Not only did they say it can take up to two months to receive a refund, but also, after doing a search on the address they didn’t disclose until later, it’s associated with scammers. I’ve lost $69.95.

I checked out the website and they guaranteed easy returns. I then purchased 2 items. These were not near the quality I expected so I wanted to return them. I was sent a form to fill out that was ridiculously long and required me to send pictures of the clothing. I was then informed that I had to send the package back to China at a cost of between $35 and $65 dollars plus tariffs. I read their entire return policy. The entire website and the return policy leads you to believe that this company is in the United States. It is very deceptive. Also, I searched for the legitimacy of the site and for some reason it was not flagged on my first search but was on subsequent searches. So, I am stuck with products I don't want with no reasonable way to return them.
