SHETLAND SHEEPDOG PUPPY BREEDER ADVERTISES ON FACEBOOK UNDER SPENCERS 'LIL' SHELTIES, OR ON PUPPIES.COM ASKS FOR MONEY TO BE SENT, DOES NOT GIVE PUPPY CONTRACT OR RECEIPT. ONCE I SENT MONEY, THE PUPPY i CHOSE WAS SOLD TO ANOTHER PERSON. WHEN BREEDER CONFRONTED FOR $300 BACK THEY SAY NO REFUNDS AND BLOCKED ME FROM THE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT, TEXT MESSAGES AND THE PHONE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE IS NEVER ANSWERED AND THE VOICE MAIL IS LEFT FULL SO NO VOICE MESSAGES CAN BE LEFT. I HAVE FILED FBI IC3 INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT, TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN TN, TO PUPPIES.COM, TO AKC HEADQUARTERS AND THIS ScamPulse.com SCAM ALERT. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN STOPPED AND HAVE BLOCKED ALL COMMUNICATION AND THEY KEPT MY $300 DEPOSIT. ELIZABETH BROOKE SPENCER IS BREEDER.
