I came across a single family house for rent on Realtor.com. The asking price was $1050 with all utilities included. I was in contact with Denise immediately. We spoke daily until I met “her associate” at the property on 6/12/21 and was advised the application fee was only accepted in cash. I gave her paystubs and all my personal information via a rental application. I have not heard back from her since and she doesn’t return my calls. Even if she WAS renting this property for the actual owner, I believe she is having multiple people complete the application, pay her a fee in cash and making off with their money.
