we contacted Ronald Sanchez with Elite Hub Properties and filled out and paid for an application fee ($80) 7 was told that if we decide not to take the house or are not approved, that it would be refunded in full. We were approved and he asked for the $500 to secure the property. we told him that we were not comfortable since we had not seen the property and set a plan to meet the next day (where we would sign a lease and make deposit then). We showed to the house and he was not there and asked me repeatedly (with his attorney) to make the deposit so they can arrive with a stamped and approved lease. after telling him i was not doing that without seeing inside the property, he told me to look at it from outside and decide and make the payment, i declined again and asked for my application fee to be returned. he has never answered or returne my moeny
