Elevenforest sells cheap polyester items and refuses refunds

I paid for 4 items that were advertised by Elevenforest as being a higher quality items but when I received the 4 items they were cheap polyester material than what was advertised. I made multiple attempts to get my money back and return the items, but they would take over a week to respond and kept stonewalling me to get my money back. I paid through PayPal but due to Elevenforest customer service they got to the point of being over 30 days n PayPal could do nothing. This Elevenforest needs to be shut down for fraudulent advertising and noncompliance with return policies. They purposefully try to extend the time frame on dealing with customer returns in order for most banks per reporting time frames. I believe Elevenforest acted criminally in their false advertising with higher priced items and sending lower quality cheaper material items. Please do something about this so others don’t get fleeced like I did. To date Elevenforest has still done nothing to resolve my issue since March 2026.
