Report

Received a phone call from a woman named ******* from Element Law Group. This was about a supposed credit card that I supposedly had years ago. Advised that I could set up payment arrangements, sent me over to processing which was to a man, did not get his name. That gentlemen gave me a call back number of 8883413837. While I had him on the phone I googled the company name and the phone number, only to find a bbb alert for the phone number he gave me. I asked to be xfered back to Melissa and was. Once I had her back on the phone I voiced my concerns and she gave me her direct number of **********. Googled this number and it brought nothing up. ******* advised that they do not work for the public, they work by contract and customers reach out to them. Told her that maybe the case but if you have offices all over the United States then when you google the company name something should come up but nothing does. Advised I would call back.
