This company comes up as a place to renew your passport but all it is a service to fill out forms that are the same as going to the correct site by the government. Beware this costs an additional $70 and you still need to do all the same things as if you used the government site. They send you a link to download the form of which you entered all the data for and this is done at the government site for free. No real service is provided except taking your money and not responding to your multiple emails messages to cancel your order because this site makes it seem like the real passport renewal site.

I feel this company is misrepresenting themselves and taking money for a free service on https://www.usa.gov/passport
