I made a one time purchase for $36 and did not sign up or agree to a subscription. This company automatically debited an additional $73.06 for an unauthorized subscription. I have been unable to find a phone number or address for this company. Their customer support contact is an email address only. No one has responded to multiple emails. I should have looked them up before I made my initial purchase, but I didn’t. There are many reports on other websites such as Trust Pilot, Amazon, Reddit and Yelp about people being scammed in this same manner.
