I ordered from this site thinking it was SparkPaws. The product was supposed to come to me in three days (it has been over a month). The tracking site says the package has been delivered, but it has not.

I clicked on "spark paws" from Facebook and thought I made a purchase through them. When tracking info was sent it came from eivros and said it was coming from China. Package wasn’t delivered. I contacted them and they stated they sent a second package and of course it was not delivered again. This is a SCAM for sure and dirty as they are tricking people using spark paws façade.

Pretended to be a legit company, sparkpaws, selling items for black friday. Items were "delivered" as per the tracking but i have not receieved anything. When reaching out to customer service directly with sparkpaws, i was informed they had been made aware of scams happening and confirmed mine was a scam. The company claimed their courier would give me a 60% refund... how ridiculous.
