Back in January 2025, I had purchased items from this fraudulent company and experienced what others had. No merchandise. Fake delivery tracker. I emailed them and got the same offer of sending another shipment with expedited service. I declined and requested a full refund. They originally gave me a small percentage of a refund (below) in January believing I would accept their offer of the expedited shipment. I had repeatedly emailed them requesting a full refund. I kept receiving the AI response of how apologetic they were, blah blah blah. I responded to every single email (regardless if it was AI generated).

I checked my account last week and saw they finally refunded me the rest of my money. It was labeled as FINAL DISPUTE CREDIT (amount was $34.49) The first refund was for $8.62 (Debit Card Credit Awx*Vsdcfindgalshirtma https://per CA).

I would not stop until these scammers returned every penny of what they took from me. Lesson learned about purchasing anything that is a one-day sale on Instagram.

Saw an add on Facebook for dog clothes a company called Sparkpaws when I went & ordered I realized it's not the website that was advertised. Waited for my package to never show up. Customer service said they would ship a new one & still didn't get the package. Asked for my refund & they're saying they can only give me a 70% refund.... Went to go check the website again and it's no longer up.

I ordered Christmas clothes for my dogs and my family. Did not receive. Have sent multiple emails, all with varying replies on “would you accept X% back?” Have never received a refund.

The logistics information shows that your package has been delivered. Typically, if a customer has not received their package, we would advise the customer to check with a neighbor or family member who may be receiving the package on their behalf. The carrier may also have delivered the package to a different location, such as a front desk or mail room.

If you are unable to find your package after checking these positions, please let us know and we will investigate the matter further with the carrier. We may also file a claim to cover the cost of your order if a package is lost or stolen in transit.

Two orders were processed through a duplicated website of sparkpaws.com. a 3rd party tracking site is given with a tracking number. After about 30 days the tracking number says delivered, but lo and behold there is no package. They offer to reship but will never give a refund.

I saw a add on Facebook and they had a sale on dog clothes. I placed a order it went through i took a screenshot of order number but never got a email with tracking.
