I bought some concealer palette at the eigoods website back in September 26. I received an email notification on 10/14 that the package was delivered. Since I was home at the time, I immediately went out to check my mailbox and it was not there. I contacted eigoods the next day via their "contact us" page but they never responded. I contacted the post office since the tracking they provided appeared to be from USPS but eigoods used a fake international logistics network ("TWB") to generate falsified delivery updates. USPS confirmed the tracking number is completely invalid in their system. Please be aware of this scamming website.
