Product is useless
As far as I am concerned this is fraudulent advertising. I returned the unopened part of the product and asked for my money back to no avail.
Scammed for $200
And a boho jacket with fringes
I received a long black dress that's shapeless ..a blue dress that's even more shapeless...and some brown piece of garbage. This is not even close to what I ordered. And it's total garbage what I received. Has anyone tried calling their bank and getting the charges reversed? I've definitely been scammed!

Now I'm embarrassed and feel so stupid. We should start a law suit against this company and demand our money back.

Nightmare Before Christmas Cuckoo clock.
Purchase big beautiful Gerber daisy door basket and a Christmas Wreath and received miniature size. The Gerber is not even a wreath but a counter top arrangement in a plastic pot. I I complained to Tianze and customer service and mentioned this is a scam. For weeks I tried and they just kept offering a percentage off my purchase even though I wanted a full refund . I sent pictures of what I received and description and picture of what I bought. and still couldn't get a refund. I eventually agreed to 50 % because I was getting no where. I didn't follow Pay Pal complaint protocol but trying to report a scam to Pay Pal, Tianze and customer service only manipulators. Told me I had to pay shipping cost to China and it would be very expensive but on the Christmas wreath the address was EIE Corp Unit 13-1030 Kamato Rd Mississauga Ont L4W 4B6

Was so excited when it arrived! As I pulled the flat envelope out of my mailbox, I knew I had been scammed! See, I didn't trust my gut with the odd website that I was redirected to from IG. I thought it looked sketchy, but chalked the poor layout and spelling to it being based in China. I had ordered other items through ads on IG, though. And they were real. Still . . . My gut knew something was amiss.
Inside the envelope was a flat piece of acrylic with a picture of the ornament on it! Almost $50.00 CAD?!
Luckily, I paid through PayPal, who refunded the cost. I also had them refund 2 other items I ordered from ads on IG. One was the Advent Calendar from Christmas Vacation, the other was a light up house of the Griswold's. I don't know if those, too, were scams, but the sites were similar.
The return address on the envelope? EIE Corp, the address in Mississauga. Such a shame! Even though I got my money back, those were such cool gifts!
