EIE Corp, Unit 13-1030 Kamato Rd, Mississauga On, L4W 4B6 (alias Eagle International: 7575 Kimbel St, Mississauga, ON L5S 1A7) sells fake products or incomplete products as a corporate policy. My two dog repellant units were just plastic housing with absolutely no effect. Mr. Hayes, Vancouver.

As a guy who runs a clothing store and shares the same location with EIE Corp, I can explain how their international shipments work. So basically, EIE is a logistics company working with shipping companies in China. They together help factories or individual sellers in Mainland China or Hong Kong ship their products to customers in Canada.

When you (Canadian customers) place orders online, sellers will receive your payment, have your payment information, and start preparing your order. Scam sellers may send you something ridiculously wrong (e.g., sending a screwdriver instead of the ordered scooter) or some scammers may gain access to your credit card information through fake websites

Shipping companies in China handle the collection of packages from various sellers and ship them collectively to Canada. They are unaware of the specific items customers ordered online, so they have to dispatch whatever sellers provide, as long as it complies with legal regulations.

EIE Corp, on the other hand, is ONLY responsible for customs clearance and local delivery in Canada, which means EIE Corp doesn't have sellers' information and customers' payment information, since they solely collaborate with the shipping companies to complete the delivery within Canada.

If, as a customer, you find unauthorized charges on your credit card and are uncertain about the seller's identity, it is crucial to promptly report the fraudulent transaction to your card issuer and dispute the transaction

I bought from an online site stating it was a closed Nordstrom clearance sale. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and got 4 shades of lipstick. I tried calling the number from the credit card info, it is for Crazy's J's Smoke Shop, yet the company says Hong Kong. Make sure you change your credit card number or they can get ahold of more money. Delivery came from this company in Mississauga. SCAM... Ugh. Online is brutal these days.

Ordered a set of power tools for my husband, paid $65 CAD and received a small tool definitely not worth $65 CAD. I can't believe I got scammed. On top of this they frauded my credit card for over $6000.00 after I made this purchase for tools. Had to cancel my credit card and it is being investigated. What a nightmare.

Paid for a sharpener and received a piece of crappy silk. Had reported fraud to credit card company. EIE Corp in Mississauga is part of the fraud linked to Bonitay, with ads on Facebook. The ads look legit with makers from Macafee and promises of 24/7 support but there is nothing there.

We checked out the website as best as we could and it looked legitimate so we paid for two refurbished iphones, selecting size of memory and color, got a reply and then a notice of shipping with tracking number etc. Also tracking information came every few days automatically and today we received our package. To our dismay, they sent us a facial mist sprayer and ear buds. I immediately sent a request for refund to the enclosed "customer service email address" only to receive a message right away that the address doesn't exist. With all the complaints I am reading here, there should be some action that can be taken against this scam operation.

The product I received doesn’t fit with the advertising. It was a scam or false advertisement. I tried to send back the product for un refund but nobody replied to me. I want a refund for this material that I can’t use.

My husband ordered two tires from this outfit and received a pair of sunglasses, which they now expect us to return at our cost. I can see from the other comments that we are in for a battle to get a full refund. Don’t order from these folks, terrible business, terrible customer service.

I ordered a squirrel-proof bird feeder from this company. The unit arrived but is not useable. The sides are made of cheap plastic with two holes at the top. I assume these are for a way to hang it but nothing came to hang it! If a wire is inserted in there the plastic will just tear. Also the feeder is about 6 inches high, much smaller than depicted. This company is non-responsive. They are criminals out to scam people. Do NOT buy anything from them.

Paid $ 91.85 CDN for 2 self watering garden boxes 2 feet x 8 feet . Received 2 pairs of gardening gloves instead!
Totally dishonest! Wondering why Facebook cannot be aware of these scams. Bad reviews.

This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. I also got scammed with the exact same hammock! It was supposed to be the same chair that you people were supposed to receive. Why is this company still in business why has the government not shut them down? We should all file a lawsuit against this company.

I agree with you 100% cause l ordered a pair of griddle item and it is not what they said it was. Did any of you send it back as they said 100% guaranteed money back? This item l had ordered was to help women lose their tummy fat and women with stretch marks to give them their summer body. But if anyone that ordered what l did watch the first video and how phony the woman's tummy fat is, all but a lie and fraud. The item made me laugh so damn hard, cause it is just a pair of size underwear that goes up to your chest...just as this fella wrote fraud, scam and start a law suite against them. But in reality, report them to the police fraud department in your area.

So what can we do? I have been writing to them daily - they offer a 10% refund, I refuse, then a 20% refund, I say no I want a FULL refund -- then they offer a 30% refund -- do I just keep going and going? Yes I will-- until I get 100% refund! What a scam! What are you going to do?

YES! I just fell for the same thing, and got the same hammock! Customer service says that it was their error in sending the wrong item, and that they can't provide the wicker chair set - and only are offering a 10% refund! I am going to keep pursuing this with emails and social media exposure to their fraud - and insist that they fully refund me. Their warehouse is in Mississauga - if I have to drive there and shake my fist, I will be doing so! I want a refund! Everyone should expose this company!

Hi there, i have been scammed. I ordered a wicker chair swing and it was cheap. Came to $84.46 Canadian delivered.

Paid over $65 Canadian for a “Super Mystery box that was supposed to contain up to 45 items on electronics and accessories that are from customer returns on xosipa.com. I get a package in the mail from a sender @ EIE CORP, Mississauga with a super tiny box that’s says “Lucky Box ?” With two very dated electronic accessories that are not compatible with anything (iPhone 3 headphones & a old Samsung charging cord) AND some sort of plastic do hockey thing I have no clue what it’s for.
Tracking numbers AND order numbers don’t even match. And Return policy is IMPOSSIBLE to fulfill in order the get you money back.
This came from an Advertisement from Instagram but through TikTok. First and last time I ever do that.

I am also a victim of this scam and feel kinda' stupid in a "you got me ;)" way for falling for it. 5 minutes of web research would have warned me away, but I impulsively thought "what the heck, let's see what happens". What happens is, as many others have posted here, you receive a small box of absolute garbage. In my case the $80 pallet was a "wearable bluetooth speaker" that you supposedly put around your neck like a travel pillow - how ridiculous! To me the worst thing is not that EIE Corp have scammed me out of 80 bucks, it's the environmental impact of this scam. The plastic garbage made form low quality materials will end up in landfill, not to mention the packaging and the carbon footprint of shipping.
