I ordered a product from Eicgo from an online advertisement. The product came and I had ordered the wrong size. The return policy states that they will refund the money or if you want an exchange they will pay return shipping and exchange the product. They did none of that. They said it was expensive to pay return shipping (I paid $5.99. Not bad I thought.) They wanted me to purchase a new one for $15.99 including shipping and keep the one I had. I refused that offer. Then they wanted to refund only 15% and I refused that. I had requested a refund, not pay more. I never heard from them again even tho I reached out to them requesting a refund again. I don't know what country they are from, but don't order from them. They don't stand by their policy. Thankfully I only lost $40.00 but I still lost money.
